Souriya (Joe) Maniwan is an experienced notary loan signing agent with a real estate paralegal background.  He earned his B.A. in Law and Society at Penn State University, and later earned his Paralegal Certificate at University of San Diego.

As a notary loan signing agent, he supports escrow officers, realtors, loan officers, and attorneys in loan closings and other notarial services. Throughout San Diego, he has completed thousands of loan closings, including purchases, refinances, HELOCs, loan modifications, and commercial transactions. He has also performed general notarizations such as trust and estate planning, power of attorney, and healthcare directives. 

In his free time, he enjoys volunteering for charities, running marathons, hiking, photography, and is an automotive enthusiast.
